Jump Fit is a fun and effective way to exercise and is suitable for all abilities. It’s exciting and low impact with a massive emphasis on having fun.

Trampolining is 68% more efficient than jogging, 10 minutes bouncing is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running without the impact stress on the bodies joints. Trampoline exercise has been proven to increase the metabolic rate, helping the body to process nutrients more efficiently to keep weight down.
